It is cruel to keep animals in cages.

It is cruel to keep animals in cages.  No matter what way you look at it, it is just cruel.  Humans are animals.  We are kept in cages when we are in prison, only if we do something wrong.  Animals on the other hand do not have a choice.  They are forced into cages or tanks and cannot refuse as they do not speak the same language.  These are the animals in zoos and as our pets.

Animals deserve the same rights as us as we are all animals.  They shouldn’t get confined to cages when we are not.  If they do not have the same rights as us we are living unfairly.

It is immoral, boring and frustrating for the animals.  In zoos, they sit around all day and get stared at with lights flashing in their eyes.  Animals don’t want to be locked up and stared at all day; they want to be free in the wild.

Every cage that an animal is forced into is way too small.  Before they are forced into the cage, the world was their limit, they could go anywhere, but a cage is small, cramped and confined.  That doesn’t seem fair to what we have to explore and live in.

Zoos and people do not offer a food supply equal to the wild.  Animals in cages can only eat what is supplied to them, whereas animals in the wild can eat whatever they can find.  If animals in cages are forgot to be fed they will die, an innocent animals’ life on your hands.

Why do we even force animals into cages, it doesn’t help us and it doesn’t help them, so why do we do it?
